Thank you for shopping at Zeos! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy.

Return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

Items can also be returned within 7-21 days of receiving your order, with a restocking fee of 20% applicable.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without any missing contents.  A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Discounted items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective or different item, please contact us immediately to resolve it.

All Zeos products are covered by a 1-year warranty. Please note that any physical damage incurred during this period will void the warranty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
