How to create an account?

Creating an account on Zeos allows you to keep track of your orders and stay updated about new launches and offers.

To create an account, click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the website. If you’re a new customer, enter your details and register an account. If you’re an existing customer, log in with your email and password.

How to place an order?

To place an order, find the products on the website that you wish to buy and select ‘Add To Cart’. Go to the cart icon on the top right corner of the website, review and consent to the Terms and Conditions, then click on ‘Check Out’. Fill out the shipping and billing information on the next page, proceed with payment, and wait for your order confirmation.

How to track my order?

After placing an order with Zeos, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received and processed successfully. Once your order has been shipped, Zeos will send you another email with the tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your order as it makes its way to your specified delivery address.

when will my order be shipped?

Products are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. The estimated shipping time is usually provided on the product page or during the checkout process. You can expect your package in 2 to 5 business days after it is shipped.

If you have already placed your order and want to know the status of shipping, you can track it through the tracking link sent to your registered email address. It will contain updated information about the shipment status and estimated delivery date.

Replace or Refund

Replace a product under warranty.

All Zeos products are covered by a 1-year warranty. To replace a product under warranty, it must first be registered. If you placed your order from the Zeos website while logged into your account, your product is automatically registered. If you bought your Zeos product from a third-party website, go to the website, sign in or create an account, and fill up the Product Registration form.

Once your product is registered, you can request a replacement under warranty by filling up the Warranty Replacement form ( Once your warranty claim is processed and approved; we will send you a replacement product.

 Please note that any physical damage incurred during this period will void the warranty.

How to place an order?

Only one item can be replaced per warranty transaction. Shipping charges to our return location has to be borne by you, while we will bear the shipping charges to get the package to you. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective product. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

How to track my order?

Return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Items
can also be returned within 7-21 days of receiving your order, with a restocking fee of 20%. Money will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. 

To be eligible for return, a product must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, and without any missing parts/manuals or accessories. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you bought your Zeos product from a third-party website or reseller/distributor, we kindly ask you to refer to their return policy and contact them for further assistance.
