1. What materials are your phone cases made from?
Our phone cases are crafted from high-quality materials designed for durability and protection. We use a variety of materials including:
- Polycarbonate: Lightweight and impact-resistant.
- TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane): Flexible, shock-absorbing, and scratch-resistant.
- Magnets: We use the highest quality neodymium magnet arrays in our MagSafe-compatible cases.
2. Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?
Our MagTough cases are specifically designed to be compatible with wireless charging. If you experience any issues, please ensure that the case is properly placed on the phone and that your wireless charger is functioning correctly. Please note that while our standard thinner cases may work with wireless charges, our non-MagSafe Tough cases are not MagSafe-compatible.
3. How do I clean my Skreed case?
To clean your Skreed case, simply use a soft, damp cloth with water and mild soap, if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish of the case.
4. What should I do if my case is damaged?
If your phone case is damaged, please refer to our warranty policy to see if your case qualifies for a replacement. If eligible, follow the outlined steps or contact our support team for assistance with the return process.
5. How can I customize my phone case?
You can customize your phone case through our website by visiting the ‘Blank Canvas’ section. On the Blank Canvas product page, you can upload your own images, text, and other design elements to make a case that’s uniquely yours. Alternatively, you can choose WeCreate by Skreed to share your ideas, and our design team will bring your vision to life.
6. How should I install and remove my case?
- Installing: Align the case with the phone's ports and buttons. Gently press down on the edges until it snaps into place.
- Removing: Start at one corner and carefully peel back the edge, working your way around the case. Avoid using excessive force to prevent damage.
7. What if I have issues with the design or print quality?
If you notice any issues with the print quality of your case, please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the same. Please note that custom-designed cases are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. However, if the product is defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product for a resolution.
